The data in the table below reflects juvenile arrests for some of the more serious Part II juvenile crimes for the years 2010 to 2014.From 2010 to 2014, the juvenile arrests decreased among all of the listed Part II offenses.Arrests for Other Assaults decreased by 14.1%, arrests for Other Sexual Offenses by 5.0%, Weapon Law Violation arrests by 20.7%, arrests for Drug Offenses by 15.1%, Driving under the Influence arrests by 39.3%, and Criminal Mischief arrests by 45.2%.
Any complaints filed that relate to sexual misconduct or a sexual offense/assault should be filed pursuant to the University’s Policy on Sexual Assault, Harassment, and Other Sexual Offenses and all investigations of such complaints will be handled in accordance with that policy.
