Other Sexual Offenses definition

Other Sexual Offenses means inappropriate sexual contact with no forcible compulsion. This would include incidents of sexual contact that do not involve the use of force or threat with a child under 17 years of age or a child unable to consent by reason of disability.

  • Deportation or forcible transfer of population means forced displacement of the persons concerned by expulsion or other coercive acts from the area in which they are lawfully present, without grounds permitted under international law;

  • Sexually violent offense means an offense for which a conviction has been entered for any of the following indictable offenses:

  • Misdemeanor as used in this Code shall mean any offense deemed a violation of the provisions of this Code which is a lesser offense than a felony as defined by state law.

  • Nonviolent offense means an offense which is not a violent
