Use of force definition

Use of force means: (A) Use of a dangerous instrument; or (B) use of actual physical force or violence or superior physical strength against the victim.
Use of force means any physical coercion used to effect, influence, or persuade an individual to comply with an order from an officer, above unresisted handcuffing, including actively pointing a firearm at a person.
Use of force means an immediate means of overcoming resistance and controlling the threat of imminent harm to self or others.
