Other Than Full Time definition

Other Than Full Time means employment in the Public Service in a position that has been classed by the Employer as other than Full Time.

Examples of Other Than Full Time in a sentence

  • The following provisions supplant Article 10, Section 2 of the Office Clerical Operational Supplement (“Use of and Performance of Bargaining Unit Work by Personnel Other Than Full- Time Seniority Employees – Part-Time Employees”) in its entirety.

  • Other Than Full Time Emergency Medical Services Employees shall be paid five dollars ($5.00) for each hour on standby with a minimum payment of eight (8) hours each day on standby.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 10, Section 2 of the Office Clerical Operational Supplement (“Use of and Performance of Bargaining Unit Work by Personnel Other Than Full- Time Seniority Employees – Part-Time Employees”), the following shall apply.

  • Other Than Full Time Emergency Medical Services Employees shall be paid four dollars and twelve cents ($4.12) for each hour on standby with a minimum payment of eight (8) hours each day on standby.

  • In no case shall an Other Than Full Time Employee access less than her Letter of Appointment hours.

  • An Other Than Full Time Employee who becomes unavailable for duty due to illness or injury for any time period in excess of the schedule as posted and confirmed shall have access to accrued sick leave credits based on the average number of paid hours in the previous fifty-two (52) weeks until such time as either her sick leave credits expire or she is available for work.

  • Work assignments that would normally have been offered to Other Than Full- Time - Casual Employees (OTFT-CAS), shall not be offered to OTFT-CAS Employees until such time as all Employees on lay off have been offered and refused such work assignment.

  • DRAFT No additional employees shall be hired until such time as Other Than Full Time employees have been afforded the opportunity to orient in and be placed upon the call-in lists as provided above.

  • The following provisions replace Article 10, Section 2 of the Office Clerical Operational Supplement (“Use of and Performance of Bargaining Unit Work by Personnel Other Than Full- Time Seniority Employees- Part-Time Employees”) in its entirety.

  • DRAFT On each occasion that an Other Than Full Time employee reports for EMS work he/she shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours of pay at the regular rate, provided that if such employee reports for work a second (2nd) time within the three (3) hour period of the original report for work, the employee shall not be paid an additional amount for such second (2nd) report for work, unless the employee reports for work and remains working beyond the three (3) hour period.

Related to Other Than Full Time

  • Full-time means 40 hours or more worked per week, or a lesser number of hours if:

  • Regular Full-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work full-time in accordance with Article 14 (Hours of Work and Scheduling). A regular full-time employee is entitled to all of the benefits outlined in the agreement except where otherwise specified.

  • Full-time employee means an employee who is normally required to work the basic hours of work.

  • Solicitor means any person, firm or corporation who goes from dwelling to dwelling, business to business, place to place, or from street to street, taking or attempting to take orders for any goods, wares or merchandise, or personal property of any nature whatever for future delivery, except that the term shall not include solicitors for charitable and religious purposes and solicitors for subscriptions as those terms are defined below.

  • FIFA means the Fédération Internationale de Football Association.

  • Full-time employment means employment resulting in, at least, an annual earned income reported

  • Full Time Equivalent or "FTE" means the full-time
