WCB definition

WCB means the Worker’s Compensation Board of British Columbia; and
WCB or “WCB-Alberta” means the Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta.

  • Gross earnings, for the purpose of this Article, unless otherwise specified by the Collective Agreement is defined as the sum of basic wages, overtime, substitution pay and shift differential, STIIP disability income pursuant to Article 19 and WCB benefits to a maximum of 152 workdays.

WCB means the Workers Compensation Board established and functioning pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) (the “WCA”), as amended, and/or related or successor legislation, and any successors in function thereto now referred to as “WorkSafe BC”;
