Our Auditors definition

Our Auditors means any auditors nominated by Us under clause 12.2;
Our Auditors means any auditors nominated by Us to conduct a Performance Review for Us or to conduct any financial and compliance Audit of You;

  • You must provide any information or documents that We or Our Auditors may request in relation to a Performance Review or audit and You warrant that such information and documents are true and correct to the best of Your knowledge.

  • You must ensure that, where any of the Services are delivered under a subcontract, any subcontract contains equivalent clauses permitting Us and Our Auditors to have access to the employees, premises, accounts, records, documents and papers of the subcontractor to the same extent provided for in this clause 12.

  • When conducting a Performance Review or audit under this clause 12, We will, and will procure Our Auditors to, use best endeavours to minimise interference to Your employees and the conduct of the Services.

Related to Our Auditors

  • Company’s Auditors means an independent firm of accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Company;

  • Statutory Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants appointed in terms of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956 and acting as the statutory auditors of the Concessionaire.

  • Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation;

  • Independent Auditors has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • the Auditors means the auditors from time to time of the company or, in the case of joint auditors, any one of them;

  • Auditors means the auditors for the time being of the Company;

  • County Auditor means the Greenville County Auditor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.

  • Independent Accounting Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(c).

  • Company Auditor means Xxxxx Xxxxx US, LLP (FKA: Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, LLP), with offices located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000.

  • PwC means PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

  • Auditor’s Report means the auditor’s report on the Financial Report; “AEDT” means Australian Eastern Daylight Standard Time.

  • Approved Auditor means a person who is:

  • Reporting Accountants means the auditors of National Grid (but not acting in their capacity as auditors) or such other firm of accountants as may be nominated by National Grid and approved in writing by the Trustee for the purpose or, failing which, as may be selected by the Trustee for the purpose; and

  • Purchaser's Accountants means Deloitte & Touche LLP, independent accountants of the Purchaser.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Neutral Accountant means a national independent accounting firm selected by Buyer and reasonably acceptable to Sellers.

  • cost accountant means a cost accountant as defined in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;

  • KPMG means KPMG LLP.

  • Buyer’s Accountants means Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.

  • Seller’s Accountants means Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.

  • Deloitte means Deloitte LLP;
