Through a regulation by Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment, the intervals specified in paragraph 1, under a and b, can, at the request of the Labour Foundation be shortened to three months for jobs designated by the regulation that can only be done over a period of a maximum of nine months a year and cannot be done successively by the same employee over a period of over nine months a year.
