Out of Control definition

Out of Control with regard to a Well means when there is a flow from the Well which is uncontrollable.
Out of Control means family behaviors, conditions, or circumstances that can affect a child's safety are unrestrained, unmanaged, without limits or monitoring, not subject to influence or manipulation within the control of the family, resulting in an unpredictable and chaotic family environment.
Out of Control means any data collected by a continuous monitoring system during periods immediately following an out of tolerance quality assurance assessment and prior to an acceptable quality assurance assessment.

Out of Control means accompanied by a person who cannot control or is not exerting proper supervision in order to control the behavior of the dog, or a dog which is not obedient to the command of such person.
