Outdoor Fireplace definition

Outdoor Fireplace means an enclosed and permanently affixed outdoor fire receptacle which incorporates a permanently affixed chimney or flue, and is constructed of brick, rock or other masonry;
Outdoor Fireplace means a fireplace installed to the standards of the Alberta Building Code, as amended, and that is located on the exterior of a building;
Outdoor Fireplace means a device made of rock, metal, concrete or any other noncombustible material and shall not be more than thirty-six inches in diameter and twenty-four inches high.
