Outer London definition

Outer London means any of the areas listed in Appendix 1 of the Funding Guidance under the title "Outer London"; Partial Termination Event means this Agreement is or could be terminated in relation to one or more particular Named Projects pursuant to Conditions 5.4.2 or 5.4.3;
Outer London means Greater London, excluding the Inner London area.
Outer London means all other postcode districts in postcode areas BR, CR, DA, E, N, NW, SE, SW, UB and W.
