Named Projects. 5.1 The Grant Recipient must upload such details as are required for each proposed Named Project forming part of the Grant Recipient's bid onto the GLA's OPS within five (5) Business Days of the date of this Agreement, including but not limited to the anticipated Development Costs and where the relevant project is accepted by the GLA through OPS, it will become a Named Project for the purposes of this Agreement with effect from the date of its acceptance by the GLA in OPS.
5.2 The Grant Recipient represents and warrants to the GLA in relation to each Named Project that:
5.2.1 the Named Project:
(a) is in its opinion (acting reasonably) deliverable in accordance with the Named Project Delivery Timetable; and
(b) comprises no Public Sector Subsidy beyond that identified in the Named Project Details;
Named Projects. 5.1 The Grant Recipient must:
5.1.1 upload such details as are required for each proposed Named Project forming part of the Grant Recipient's bid onto the GLA's OPS within five (5) Business Days of the date of this Agreement, including but not limited to the anticipated Development Costs;
5.1.2 (subject to Conditions 4.4 to 4.5 (inclusive)) ensure that the Committed Number of Indicative Dwellings are incorporated into one or more prospective Named Projects and uploaded onto OPS by no later than the 31 December immediately prior to the Start Year and where in either case the relevant project is accepted by the GLA through OPS, it will become a Named Project for the purposes of this Agreement with effect from the date of its acceptance by the GLA in OPS.
5.2 The Grant Recipient represents and warrants to the GLA in relation to each Named Project that:
5.2.1 the Named Project:
(a) is in its opinion (acting reasonably) deliverable in accordance with the Named Project Delivery Timetable; and
(b) comprises no Public Sector Subsidy beyond that identified in the Named Project Details;
Named Projects. The Grant Recipient must ensure: that the Annual Committed Number of Unprofiled Indicative Dwellings within a Start Year are incorporated into one or more Named Projects and uploaded onto OPS by no later than the 30 June in the relevant Start Year The Grant Recipient represents and warrants to the GLA in relation to each Named Project that:
(a) is in its opinion (acting reasonably) deliverable in accordance with the Named Project Delivery Timetable; and
(b) comprises no Public Sector Funding beyond that identified in the Named Project Details; the Grant Recipient:
(a) possesses or will possess a Secure Legal Interest in the Site;
(b) has obtained all necessary Consents as are then required for the lawful development and/or Rehabilitation of the Named Project and for the delivery of the Named Project in accordance with the Named Project Details;
(c) has complied with all applicable requirements of the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide in relation to the Named Project;
(d) is not subject to any Section 15 Direction nor do any circumstances exist which would permit such a direction to be issued; and
(e) has not nor have any of its officers made a Section 114 Report nor is it aware of any circumstances which would give rise to the making of a Section 114 Report; the rent levels for any:
(a) SR Dwelling within the Named Project shall be set at or below a rent calculated in accordance with the formula for calculating social rents set out in Legislation and (to the extent applicable) in the Rent Standard applicable at the point of letting; and
(b) LLR Dwelling within the Named Project will be set at or below the LLR Rent Levels applicable at the point of letting; the Additionality Condition is satisfied and the Affordable Percentage Condition is or will be satisfied at Practical Completion; it is making proper progress against its Indicative Allocation, assessed by reference to the Grant Recipient's progress against:
(a) its annual Profiling of the Annual Committed Number set out on OPS;
(b) the number of AHP Dwellings comprised within Named (Indicative) Projects which have achieved Start on Site; and the grant attributed to each AHP Dwelling comprising any Named (Indicative) Project will not prejudice the ability of the Grant Recipient to ensure that the average of the grant rates for the AHP Dwellings delivered or to be delivered would be consistent with the Average Grant Rate for each Tenure Type having regard to paragraph 16 of the Agreed Principles. Named Projects. 5.1 The Grant Recipient must:
5.1.1 upload such details as are required for each proposed Named Project forming part of the Grant Recipient's bid onto the GLA's OPS within five (5) Business Days of the date of this Agreement, including but not limited to the anticipated Development Costs;
5.1.2 (subject to Conditions 4.4 to 4.5 (inclusive) ensure that the Committed Number of Indicative Dwellings are incorporated into one or more prospective Named Projects and uploaded onto OPS by no later than the 31 December immediately prior to the Start Year and where in either case the relevant project is accepted by the GLA through OPS, it will become a Named Project for the purposes of this Agreement with effect from the date of its acceptance by the GLA in OPS.
5.2 The Grant Recipient represents and warrants to the GLA in relation to each Named Project that:
Named Projects. 5.1 The GLA may from time to time request that the Grant Recipient report to the GLA on the status of the Project Pipeline. Where the Grant Recipient identifies a suitable Proposed Named Project from within the Project Pipeline, it must submit to the GLA through OPS such details as the GLA may require. If the GLA (acting reasonably) is satisfied with the details submitted under Condition 5.1 and considers that:
5.1.1 there is or will be sufficient Allocated Net Grant available for the Grant Recipient to deliver the Proposed Named Project in accordance with the Named Project Details and the RTB Terms; and
5.1.2 the Proposed Named Project is consistent with the Ring Fence Offer, it will be entitled (but not obliged) to accept the Proposed Named Project into the Ring Fence Offer and shall confirm such acceptance to the Grant Recipient through OPS.
5.2 With effect from the Acceptance Date:
5.2.1 the Proposed Named Project shall be deemed to be a Named Project for the purposes of this Agreement and immediately subject to its whole terms and conditions;
5.2.2 the details set out by the Grant Recipient in respect of the Proposed Named Project in OPS and as confirmed by the GLA through OPS shall be deemed to be Named Project Details for the purposes of this Agreement; and
5.2.3 the Grant Recipient must ensure that it complies with all of its obligations under this Agreement as they apply to such Proposed Named Project.
5.3 In submitting details of the Proposed Named Project pursuant to Condition 5.1 the Grant Recipient is deemed to represent and warrant to the GLA that:
5.3.1 the Proposed Named Project is in its opinion (acting reasonably) capable of being delivered in accordance with the Named Project Delivery Timetable and the RTB Terms; and
Named Projects. 1.1 This Agreement contemplates the Delivery of five types of Named Projects:
1.1.1 the acquisition of one or more dwellings which require no work in order to meet the RHP Minimum Standards and are fit for occupation as RHP Housing immediately following such acquisition (Acquisition (No Work Required) Project);
1.1.2 the acquisition of one or more dwellings or non residential buildings which require repairs refurbishment or conversion works to be undertaken before such dwellings meet the RHP Minimum Standards and are fit for occupation as RHP Housing (Acquisition (Work Required) Project);
1.1.3 the development of one or more new build dwellings to the RHP Minimum Standards for use as RHP Housing on a site either owned by the Grant Recipient or acquired by the Grant Recipient for this purpose (New Build Project);
1.1.4 the refurbishment and/or conversion of dwellings or non residential buildings already owned by the Grant Recipient to the RHP Minimum Standards to be used as RHP Housing (Refurbishment or Conversion Project); and
1.1.5 the acquisition (on their completion) of one or more newly constructed dwellings from a third party developer unconnected with the Grant Recipient for use as RHP Housing (Off the Shelf Project).
1.2 OPS will identify certain Milestones which must be achieved before Named Project Grant may be claimed pursuant to Condition 10.
1.3 Start on Site will be deemed to have been achieved for Acquisition (No Work Required) Projects, Acquisition (Work Required) Projects and Off the Shelf Projects where the Grant Recipient achieves Acquisition.
Named Projects. 6.1 The Grant Recipient must ensure:
6.1.1 that it has uploaded such details as are required for each proposed Named Project forming part of the Original Approved Bid onto OPS prior to the date of this Agreement; and
6.1.2 that the Annual Committed Number of Unprofiled Indicative Dwellings within a Start Year are incorporated into one or more Named Projects and uploaded onto OPS by no later than the 30 June in the relevant Start Year in each case such details to include (but not be limited to) the anticipated Development Costs, the relevant grant rates for each Tenure Type, the proposed Milestones and where the relevant project is accepted by the GLA through OPS, it will become a Named Project for the purposes of this Agreement with effect from the date of its acceptance by the GLA in OPS.
6.2 The Grant Recipient represents and warrants to the GLA in relation to each Named Project that:

5.2 The Grant Recipient represents and warrants to the GLA in relation to each Named Project that:
Named Projects. Submission Procedures
7.1 Where the Grant Recipient identifies a New Named Project, it must give to the GLA such details as the GLA may require, including any proposed Named Project Details required by OPS in respect of the New Named Project
7.2 In submitting the details of each New Named Project, the Grant Recipient is deemed to represent and warrant to the GLA that:
7.2.1 such project:
(a) is consistent with the Approved Bid;
(b) is or will at the point of Completion be compliant with the RHP Minimum Standards;
(c) is in its opinion (acting reasonably) deliverable in accordance with the Named Project Delivery Timetable;
(d) comprises no Public Sector Funding beyond that identified in the Named Project Details;
(e) will deliver homes of the same Unit Size and in the same Geographical Area;
7.2.2 will comprise no dwellings which have not been specifically acquired, developed, converted, refurbished, repaired, Rehabilitated or designed for use by persons which meet the description in the Target Client Group;
