Outside Bodies definition

Outside Bodies means committees, task forces, board of directors or other entities that are not part of the Society, its Locals or Agencies;
Outside Bodies means those bodies identified as such by Council.

  • Regulatory Bodies means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Client and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Contracting Bodies means bodies listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Other Contracting Bodies means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority and “Other Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Investigators means collectively, the Lead Principal Investigator, Team Principal Investigators and Co-Investigators;

  • Licensees means an individual who currently holds a license from a State to practice as a Regulated Social Worker.
