Other Contracting Bodies definition

Other Contracting Bodies means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority and “Other Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

• The Supplier acknowledges that in entering into this Framework Agreement no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee has been granted by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies for the purchase of Goods and Services from the Supplier and that the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies are at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and agreements with other Suppliers for the provision of any or all services or goods which are the same as or similar to the Goods and Services.
