Contracting Bodies definition

Contracting Bodies means bodies listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

Contracting Bodies. Means the Authority and any other contracting authorities described in the OJEU Contract Notice
