Outside Transfer Date definition

Outside Transfer Date means December 15, 2011, time being of the essence, provided that in the event that a Proceeding or other judicial process exists on December 15, 2011, pursuant to which a stay or other injunctive action on the Transfer of GKK Stars's Equity Interest in AFRT is in effect, the Outside Transfer Date shall be extended through the date that is ten (10) business days after the date of any order lifting such stay or injunctive action is final and nonappealable.
