Outsourcing Company definition

Outsourcing Company means a company which provides E-Commerce Services for traditional Retailers.
Outsourcing Company means a third party that (1) performs data center management services or installation services for Customer; (2) has an active Microsoft partner identification number; and (3) except as expressly permitted in this SPLA, is not a Listed Provider.
Outsourcing Company means an entity authorized by QAD to provide day to day management and control of equipment or data center services to QAD, under a separate agreement with and at the direction of QAD, which is used to store and execute PSC Software in the provision of Software Services. For the limited purpose only of this SaaS Amendment, an Outsourcing Company also is defined as a Partner as that term is defined in section 1.20 of the Agreement and is subject to the requirements and procedures for a Partner as set forth in sections 1.20 and 3.5 of the Agreement. Such Outsourcing Company or Companies are to be further identified as described in Schedule B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Subject to the terms imposed in this Section 3(l), you may install Server Software on Servers under the day-to-day management and control of a third party ("Outsourcing Company") who performs data center management services for you.

  • Customer may distribute original media or software for the Products licensed under the Agreement to Outsourcing Company for installation purposes in accordance with the Agreement.

  • You may authorize up to twenty (20) employees or authorized persons acting on your behalf per data center (including persons employed by an Outsourcing Company performing services for you under Section 3(l) above) to have access to and use the services or functionality of the Software Products for the sole purpose of fisting, maintenance and administration of the Software Products.

  • You will be legally responsible to Microsoft for any unauthorized installation, use, copying, access or distribution of the Server Software by the Outsourcing Company.
