Outstanding Notional Amount definition
Outstanding Notional Amount or "ONA" means the outstanding nominal amount of all issued Collateral Security Credit Certificates of the relevant series which have not been redeemed or are not held by an entity in the BNP Paribas Group.

Outstanding Notional Amount means, on any day, an amount in EUR equal to (a) the Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Securities minus (b) the sum, for each Event Determination Date which has occurred on or prior to such day, of the Reference Entity Notional Amount in respect of the relevant Reference Entity with respect to which Conditions to Settlement are satisfied as of such Event Determination Date, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Default Swap Hedging Agreement.

Outstanding Notional Amount means, on any day prior to the Purchase Date, zero (0), and on any day on or following the Purchase Date, the Purchase Price minus the aggregate amount of payments made by the Seller on or prior to such day for settlement of transactions executed by the Seller or its designated affiliate during the Averaging Period pursuant to Section 3(a) (which difference may be negative).
