Outstanding Principal Amount of the Class B Notes means, at any time, the initial aggregate principal amount of the Class B Notes that have been issued pursuant to Section 2.1(d) minus the amount of principal paid to holders of the Class B Notes pursuant to Section 4.2(2)(g);
