The Final Redemption Amount in respect of the Class B Notes will be the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Class B Notes as at the Scheduled Maturity Date or Warrant Extended Maturity Date, as applicable (as the same may have previously been reduced as described below) multiplied by the Class Notional Factor.
