Outstanding under this Indenture or “Outstanding hereunder” means, when used with reference to the Bonds, as of any particular date, the aggregate of all Bonds authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, except:

  • Upon the execution and delivery of this Indenture, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of officers authorized to execute and deliver the Securities and coupons and give instructions under this Section and, as long as Securities are Outstanding under this Indenture, shall deliver a similar Officers’ Certificate each year on the anniversary of the date of the first such Officers’ Certificate.

  • The aggregate Principal Amount of Notes that may be authenticated and delivered and Outstanding under this Indenture is not limited, except as may be limited by law.

  • At such time as the Notes are no longer Outstanding under this Indenture, and no amounts owed to the Note Insurer under the Basic Documents remain unpaid, the Note Insurer's rights under this Indenture shall terminate.

  • So long as any Security is Outstanding, the Company will send to the Trustee within fourteen (14) days after any written request by the Trustee, an Officer’s Certificate confirming the aggregate principal amount of Securities issued and/or Outstanding under this Indenture.

  • this Indenture means this instrument as originally executed or as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended by one or more indentures supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof and shall include the terms of particular series of Securities established as contemplated by Section 3.01.

  • Outstanding Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Series 2010B Bonds, Series 2011A Bonds, Series 2012A Bonds, Series 2014 Bonds, Series 2015 Bonds, Series 2016 Bonds, Series 2017 Bonds, and Series 2019A Bonds.

  • Default Under the Trust Indenture With respect to any MBS, any condition, occurrence or event which, if continued for any specified period of time after the giving of any requisite notice, would be an “Event of Default” under the Trust Indenture pursuant to which such MBS was issued.
