Over The Air Rekeying definition

Over The Air Rekeying. (“OTAR”) shall mean the management and support of Subscriber Radio encryption keys via over-the-air, radio channel transmission.
Over The Air Rekeying means transmitting or updating encryption keys to secure information systems by conveying the keys via encrypted electronic communication channels ("over the air").
