Overhead Agreement definition

Overhead Agreement means any agreement to which the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary is a party pursuant to which, among other things, costs are allocated among the parties thereto, including, without limitation, the agreements listed on Schedule A to this Indenture under the subheading "Overhead Agreements".
