Overlap Pops means the Licensed Pops of ACC in any Overlap Markets.

Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;
Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.
Health service area or “HSA” refers to the distinct geographic regions described in Section 4.1.4 or the Vermont Blueprint for Health Manual.
Population means the population as ascertained at the last preceding census of which the relevant figures have been published;
Prospective state contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that (i) submits a response to a state contract solicitation by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, or a proposal in response to a request for proposals by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, until the contract has been entered into, or (ii) holds a valid prequalification certificate issued by the Commissioner of Administrative Services under section 4a-100. "Prospective state contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.

Census means a field survey carried out to identify and determine the number of Project Affected Persons (PAP), their assets, and potential impacts; in accordance with the procedures, satisfactory to the relevant government authorities, and the World Bank Safeguard Policies. Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
Dark pattern means a user interface designed or manipulated with the substantial effect of subverting or impairing user autonomy, decision- making, or choice and includes any practice the Federal Trade Commission refers to as a “dark pattern.”
Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.
Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.
Shared Service means any service, other than a Utility Service or a For Profit Affiliate Service, provided on a Cost Recovery Basis by a Utility to an Affiliate or by an Affiliate to a Utility.
Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
Minimum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more generating resources to operate at or below Normal Minimum Generation, in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.

COVID-19 Pandemic means the epidemic, pandemic or disease outbreak associated with COVID-19.
Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.
Primary service area means that area within a five (5) mile radius from any imaging center owned, operated or managed by Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates for which the Group provides professional Radiology services or any hospital at which on-site professional Radiology services are then provided by Physician Employee(s) or Physician Extender Employee(s) of the Group.
Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.
