Overrun Rate definition

Overrun Rate has the meaning given in clause 11.1(b).
Overrun Rate means the Monthly charge per MMBtu payable by Customer for Customer Inventory in excess of Customer’s Capacity Demand, as determined by Grama in its sole but reasonable discretion.

Examples of Overrun Rate in a sentence

  • In addition to any charge payable under clause 11.1, if the Shipper does not comply, or procure compliance, with an Unavailability Notice in accordance with clause 11.4, the Shipper must pay, in accordance with clause 20, an Unavailable Overrun Charge at the Unavailable Overrun Rate for each GJ of Gas taken by the Shipper in excess of the quantity of Overrun Gas specified in the Unavailability Notice as being available to the Shipper.

  • Overrun Charge for any Day or any Hour means the amount in dollars calculated by multiplying the Overrun Rate by any Overrun Quantities for that Day or Hour (as applicable).

  • In respect of each GJ of Overrun Gas Received by the Shipper on a Gas Day, the Shipper must pay an Overrun Charge calculated by applying the Overrun Rate to the total Overrun Gas Received by the Shipper on that Gas Day in accordance with clause 20.

  • All such quantities shall be referred to as unauthorized Overrun Gas and shall be subject to the Unauthorized Overrun Rate (non-critical or critical condition as applicable).

  • Unavailable Overrun Rate means the rate specified in row 4 of Schedule 2.

  • Without limiting Epic Energy's available remedies, if the Shipper fails to comply, or fails to cause its operator to comply, with such operational flow orders, then Epic Energy may charge the Shipper the Unauthorised Overrun Rate for each GJ of Gas by which the Shipper or its operator deviates from the operational flow order.

  • In respect of each GJ of Overrun Gas Received by the Shipper on a Gas Day, the Shipper must pay an Overrun Charge calculated by applying the Overrun Rate to the total Overrun Gas Received by the Shipper on that Gas Day in accordance with clause20.

  • Authorized Demand Overrun Rate 0.30 ¢/m³ The Authorized Demand Overrun Rate may be applied to commissioning volumes at the Company's sole discretion, for a contractual period of not more than one year, as specified in the Service Contract.

  • For any Unauthorised Overrun Service, the relevant User shall pay an unauthorised overrun charge equal to the Overrun Quantity multiplied by the Unauthorised Overrun Rate.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, Shipper shall pay an amount obtained by multiplying such authorized overrun quantities delivered by Transporter to Shipper or for Shipper's account, at each delivery point(s) or transported on any Segment during the Month by the maximum Authorized Overrun Rate stated on the Statement of Rates sheet.

Related to Overrun Rate

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual rate of finance charges stated in such Receivable.

  • Expense Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Master Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.

  • Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Facility Usage on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Administrative Fee Rate The sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate and the CREFC® Licensing Fee Rate.

  • Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly. B.29 Description of the flow of fundsSave to the extent that the Authorised Participant as subscribed for the issue of Certificates in whole or in part by the physical delivery of the relevant Precious Metal in respect of the Series (the "Underlying Precious Metal"), the net proceeds from each issue of Certificates will be used (a) to purchase the Underlying Precious Metal and (b) to pay any listing fees incurred in connection with the listing of the Certificates. The Certificates will not bear interest. On redemption, a Certificateholder will, in respect of a Certificate, receive on a date on or before the third business day following the relevant Eligible Redemption Valuation Date(being any business day) (in each case the "Settlement Date"):

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Anticipated State average revenue availability per student means the sum of all anticipated total county revenue availability divided by the average daily membership for the State.

  • Pro Forma Cost Savings means, with respect to any four-quarter period, the reduction in net costs and expenses that:

  • percentage ratios has the meaning ascribed to it under the Listing Rules;

  • Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate As to each Mortgage Loan and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Rate less the Expense Fee Rate.

  • Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the applicable Maximum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan (or the Mortgage Rate in the case of any Fixed-Rate Mortgage Loan) as of the first day of the month preceding the month in which the related Distribution Date occurs minus the sum of (i) the Trustee Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Hurdle Rate means the minimum annual rate of return over the Net Asset Value at launch, or the beginning of the relevant Performance Period, as applicable, that must be achieved before an Equalisation Performance Fee is applied (details of which are set out in the section headed “Unit Class Information” in the Supplement for the relevant Fund where applicable). This rate is accrued at each Valuation Point.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

  • Indirect Cost Rate means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect costs each Program should bear. It is a ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the Indirect Costs to a Direct Cost base. If reimbursement of Indirect Costs is allowable under an Award, Grantor will not reimburse those Indirect Costs unless Grantee has established an Indirect Cost Rate covering the applicable activities and period of time, unless Indirect Costs are reimbursed at a fixed rate.

  • Loss Reserve Percentage means, on any date, the product of (A) 2.25 times (B) the highest average of the Default Ratios for any three consecutive calendar months during the twelve most recent calendar months times (C) the Loss Horizon Ratio.

  • Uptime Percentage means Uptime expressed as a percentage, calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Adjusted Mortgage Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Rate less the Master Servicing Fee Rate.
