Any such Company Common Stock shall automatically become subject to the terms of this Agreement, shall be treated for purposes of this Agreement as though such Company Common Stock were owned by such Stockholder as of the date hereof and shall be considered Owned Company Common Stock from the date of its acquisition by the Stockholder.
