Examples of Owned Tangible Property in a sentence
To the extent such Assignor owns such physical assets and personal property, each Assignor has, and Assignee will be transferred and have, good title to all tangible assets and properties, whether personal or mixed, purported to be owned by such Assignor and included in the Assigned Assets (the "Owned Tangible Property"), free and clear of all Liens, other than Permitted Liens.
