Owner Bank Account definition

Owner Bank Account means a bank account identified by Owner to Manager as the account to which all Owner Proceeds are to be deposited in the name of the Owner.
Owner Bank Account shall be the Collection Account as in the Senior Facility Agreement, which is the account the Owner has designated to the Manager as the account to which all payments from the Manager to the Owner under the terms of this Agreement are to be deposited.

  • The Manager acknowledges the existence of, and consents to, such assignment and agrees that all payments of any kind payable hereunder to the Owner shall be paid, until further notice by the Lender’s Security Agent, directly to the Owner Bank Account.

  • Bank Account means one or more accounts opened, maintained and operated by the Portfolio Manager with any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks in accordance with the agreement entered into with the Client.

  • Depository Institution Any depository institution or trust company, including the Trustee, that (a) is incorporated under the laws of the United States of America or any State thereof, (b) is subject to supervision and examination by federal or state banking authorities and (c) has outstanding unsecured commercial paper or other short-term unsecured debt obligations that are rated P-1 by Moody's, F1+ by Fitch and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.

  • Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Deposit Account Bank means a financial institution selected or approved by the Administrative Agent and with respect to which a Grantor has delivered to the Administrative Agent an executed Deposit Account Control Agreement.

  • Designated Depository Institution A depository institution (commercial bank, federal savings bank, mutual savings bank or savings and loan association) or trust company (which may include the Trustee), the deposits of which are fully insured by the FDIC to the extent provided by law.

  • Central Depository means Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s., with its registered seat at ul. 29. augusta 1/A, Bratislava 814 80, Slovak Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, Insert No.: 493/B;

  • Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.

  • Account Bank Agreement means the account bank agreement dated 15 August 2018 between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon, London branch as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, novated, varied, supplemented, substituted, assigned, extended or otherwise replaced or redesignated from time to time;

  • Clearing Account Agreement means that certain agreement relating to clearing account services by and among Mortgage Borrower, Lender and Clearing Account Bank, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, relating to the operation and maintenance of, and application of funds in, the Clearing Account.
