Seller shall cause Guarantor (as its Nominee) to submit all claims to HUD, XXXXXX or USDA under the applicable numbers set forth above or the lender agreement, as applicable, and to remit all amounts received in connection therewith to the applicable Agency Account.
Seller shall instruct JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association to remit all amounts on deposit in any Agency Account to the Collection Account within two (2) Business Days of receipt, unless a Repurchase/Release Event has occurred with respect to the related Underlying Asset, as more particularly set forth in Section 32 hereof and thereafter in accordance with Section 6 hereof.
