  • Lyondell, OCHC, OCC and Oxy CH entered into an Occidental Partner Sub Purchase Agreement dated July 8, 2002 (the "Oxy Partner Sub Purchase Agreement"), providing for, among other things, the purchase by Lyondell (i) from OCC of all of the outstanding common stock of Occidental LP1 and (ii) from Oxy CH of all of the outstanding common stock of Occidental GP and Occidental LP2.

  • For purposes of this Section 3 only, the term "Parent" means and includes OPC, Oxy CH, OCC, Lyondell and Millennium.
