Package Observable Bond definition

Package Observable Bond means, in respect of a Reference Entity which is a Sovereign, any obligation (a) which is identified as such and published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org from time to time (or any successor website thereto) or by a third party designated by ISDA on its website from time to time and (b) which fell within the definition of Deliverable Obligation set out in paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of "Deliverable Obligation", in each case, immediately preceding the date on which the relevant Asset Package Credit Event was legally effective.

  • In the event of a Governmental Intervention Credit Event or certain Restructuring Credit Events which constitute an Asset Package Credit Event, the Auction Final Price may be determined by reference to the value of the Asset Package received or retained by a Relevant Holder in place of the Prior Deliverable Obligation or Package Observable Bond in connection with such Asset Package Credit Event.

  • Such Asset Package may be comprised of illiquid assets and/or may be worth significantly less than the original Prior Deliverable Obligation or Package Observable Bond prior to such Asset Package Credit Event.

  • For this purpose, the relevant Asset Package, if applicable, will be deemed to be a Deliverable Obligation and the composition of the Asset Package and the Asset Amount in respect of each nominal amount of Notes equal to the Calculation Amount or each Certificate, as the case may be, will be determined by reference to the relevant Prior Deliverable Obligation or Package Observable Bond specified in the relevant Physical Settlement Notice or Physical Settlement Amendment Notice, as applicable.

  • For purposes of determining the applicability of Deliverable Obligation Characteristics and the requirements specified in Credit Security Condition 8(b) (Mod R) and Credit Security Condition 8(c) (Mod Mod R) to a Prior Deliverable Obligation or a Package Observable Bond, any such determination shall be made by reference to the terms of the relevant obligation in effect immediately prior to the Asset Package Credit Event.

  • Such Asset Package may be worth significantly less than the original Prior Deliverable Obligation or Package Observable Bond prior to such Asset Package Credit Event and may result in a significantly lower Cash Redemption Amount being paid out to Noteholders than would have been the case following the relevant Credit Event had the Final Price been determined only by reference to Deliverable Obligations.

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Reference Bond Price means, with respect to any date of redemption, (a) the arithmetic average of the Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations for such date of redemption, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, or (b) if the Determination Agent obtains fewer than four such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all such quotations;

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
