If you request exclusion, you will not be excluded from the PAGA Subclass.
If you request exclusion, you will still be entitled to receive your share of the PAGA portion of the Settlement, if any, and will still be bound by the PAGA portion of the Settlement if you are a member of the PAGA Subclass.
