Pair of Shippers definition

Pair of Shippers means a pair of Shippers (who, for the avoidance of doubt, may be the same Shipper) who transfer Natural Gas, at the Interconnection Point.

  • The Parties, acting in good faith, may cooperate to resolve any Mismatch by contacting each other and the relevant Pair of Shippers.

  • The Matching TSO will calculate and send the Confirmed Quantities of each Pair of Shippers to the Initiating TSO in accordance to the deadline defined in [Matching Process Section 2].

  • If no priority level is communicated for a particular Nomination, Renomination or Pair of Shippers, it will be given a default priority level of 10.

  • A Shipper, when submitting Nominations or Trade Notifications, may also specify a priority level for each counterparty in each Pair of Shippers to which it is a Shipper.

  • In the period from receipt by the Passive TSO of the Joint Nomination Declaration Notice until the date of the expiry (if any) of the authorisation referred to in paragraph (d) above, the Active TSO will be responsible for receiving nominations for a Pair of Shippers from the Active Shipper for both sides of the relevant Single-Sided Interconnection Point, and the Active TSO will send nominations to the Passive TSO.
