Palm Products definition

Palm Products means any and all products and services of the businesses in which Palm or any of its Subsidiaries is engaged now or in the future, in all cases which products are designed or created primarily by Palm (or by any sublicensed Subsidiary) and/or by a subcontractor for Palm (or for any sublicensed Subsidiary), as well as future versions of such Palm Products.

Palm Products means (i) products which are manufactured by or on behalf of the Company and/or its Affiliates and which use or bear the Company’s or its Affiliates’ Trademarks, including Refurbished Products and Software Products, and (ii) third-party products sourced by the Company.

Examples of Palm Products in a sentence

  • Level I Support is defined as calls* originating from OpenSky customers, resellers or distributors regarding Palm Products, OpenSky Service, Wireless Service Providers, Minstrel III or Minstrel V products including but not limited to pre and post sale inquiries concerning the basic operation of the hardware and software, functionality, interoperability and capabilities of those products and services.

  • The products offered for sale through the Education Store will include an assortment of Palm Products and Non-Palm Products designed to appeal to various sectors of the education market.

  • Palm and RAM shall at all times be, and represent themselves to be, solely independent contractors each acting on their own account in all transactions involving the RAM Services, the Palm Products, and the Palm/RAM Services.

  • Palm Products shall be shipped F.O.B: Origin OEM Partner's location within the United States.

  • Notwithstanding the previous sentence, 3Com grants to the direct and indirect customers of Palm, an immunity from suit under the Galahad Patents for the combination of any such Palm Products with other Palm Products and their use in such combination where the Palm Products have no other substantial noninfringing use aside from the combination with other Palm Products sold or otherwise transferred by Palm directly or indirectly to such customer.

  • Nothing herein shall be construed so as to restrict the activities of RAM or Palm, acting alone or in concert with others, in connection with the development, implementation, operation, or provision of any services or facilities whatsoever, whether similar to or competitive with the Palm Products, the Subscriber Facilities, the RAM Services, the RAM Facilities, or the Palm/RAM Services.
