Panel Contract definition

Panel Contract means arrangements entered into with more than one Contractor for the supply of Goods of similar type and nature.
Panel Contract means an agreement between the Lead Department and a Service Provider with respect to the provision of the Services under the Panel arrangements, and includes this Agreement. Service Providers means providers of legal services appointed by the State to one or more of the General Panel, the Commercial Projects Panel or a Specialist Panel from time to time, and includes the Service Provider as appointed under this Agreement.
