  • These rates shall be based on the Panel Prices where there has been a Direct Award or the tendered prices where there has been a Further Competition Procedure.

  • Should the Supplier's costs in providing the Services to Panel Customers be reduced as a result of any changes implemented by the Authority and/or Panel Customers, all of the cost savings shall be passed on to Panel Customers by way of a consequential and immediate reduction in the Panel Prices for the Panel Services.

  • For the avoidance of doubt any change to the Panel Prices implemented pursuant to this Panel Agreement Schedule 3 are made independently of, and, subject always to paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of this Panel Agreement Schedule 3 and shall not affect the Charges payable by a Panel Customer under a Legal Services Contract in force at the time a change to the Panel Prices is implemented.

  • Panel Prices shall be the rates set out in Annex 1 to this Panel Agreement Schedule 3.

  • Subject to paragraphs 6.1.1 to 6.1.3 of this Panel Agreement Schedule, the Panel Prices will remain fixed for the first two (2) Contract Years.

  • If the Authority exercises either option pursuant to Clause 25.4.1, then the Panel Prices shall be reduced by an amount that is agreed in accordance with Clause 19.1 (Variation Procedure).

  • The Supplier shall adopt a policy of continuous improvement in relation to the Panel Services pursuant to which it will regularly review with the Authority the Panel Services and the manner in which it is providing the Panel Services with a view to reducing the Authority's costs, the costs of Panel Customers (including the Panel Prices) and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Panel Services.

  • The Authority's right to enter into a direct agreement for the supply of the relevant items is subject to: the Authority shall make the relevant item available to the Supplier where this is necessary for the Supplier to provide the Panel Services; and any reduction in the Panel Prices taking into account any unavoidable costs payable by the Supplier in respect of the substituted item, including in respect of any licence fees or early termination charges.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Panel Agreement nor be entitled to an increase in the Panel Prices as the result of: a General Change in Law; or a Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Panel Services is reasonably foreseeable at the Panel Commencement Date.

  • Any change in the Panel Prices or relief from the Supplier’s obligations resulting from a Specific Change in Law (other than as referred to in Clause 19.2.1(b) shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 19.1(Variation Procedure).

Related to Panel Prices

  • Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.

  • Contract Price(s) means the price(s) tendered by the contractor and accepted by the Council for the execution of the contract.

  • Market prices means current prices that are established in the course of ordinary trade between buyers and sellers free to bargain and that can be substantiated through competition or from sources independent of the offerors.

  • Day-ahead Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Retail Prices Index means the retail prices index for the whole economy of the United Kingdom and for all items as published from time to time by the Office for National Statistics as “RPI” or, if such index shall cease to be published or there is, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary of State, a material change in the basis of the index or if, at any relevant time, there is a delay in the publication of the index, such other retail prices index as the Secretary of State may, after consultation with the Franchisee, determine to be appropriate in the circumstances;

  • Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,

  • forecast prices and costs means future prices and costs that are:

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Prices includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

  • Final Price means (a) in the case of any Terminated Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 4, and (b) in the case of any Repaid Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 5, and

  • SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.

  • Locational Marginal Price or “LMP” shall mean the market clearing price for energy at a given location in a Party’s RC Area, and “Locational Marginal Pricing” shall mean the processes related to the determination of the LMP.

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.

  • Benchmarked Price means the higher of:

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.

  • Established catalogue price means the price included in a catalogue, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;

  • Framework Price(s) means the price(s) applicable to the provision of the Services set out in Framework Schedule 3 (Framework Prices and Charging Structure);

  • Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:
