Prices definition

Prices includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

Prices means the agreed Price(s) for the Goods to be purchased from the Supplier by Transnet, as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements, issued in accordance with this Agreement, as amended by mutual agreement between the Parties and in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement from time to time;

Prices means the prices set out in or determined in accordance with schedule 2.

Examples of Prices in a sentence

• The adjusted Stock Prices shall equal the Stock Prices applicable immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Conversion Rate immediately prior to such adjustment giving rise to the Stock Price adjustment and the denominator of which is the Conversion Rate as so adjusted.

• Otherwise, the Stock Price shall be the average of the Last Reported Sale Prices of the Common Stock over the five consecutive Trading Day period ending on, and including, the Trading Day immediately preceding the Effective Date of the Make-Whole Fundamental Change or the Redemption Notice Date, as the case may be.

• Prices quoted in the bid must remain open for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of bid opening.

• Otherwise, the Stock Price shall be the average of the Last Reported Sale Prices of the Common Stock over the five Trading Day period ending on, and including, the Trading Day immediately preceding the Effective Date of the Make-Whole Fundamental Change or the date of the Redemption Notice, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Prices

Prices means the agreed upon payment and currency for Deliverables and Services, exclusive of Taxes but including all applicable fees and payments, as specified in the relevant SOW and/or WA.
