Prices definition

Prices includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

Prices means the agreed Price(s) for the Goods to be purchased from the Supplier by Transnet, as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements, issued in accordance with this Agreement, as amended by mutual agreement between the Parties and in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement from time to time;

Prices means the prices set out in or determined in accordance with schedule 2.

Examples of Prices in a sentence

• Prices exclude, and Customer is responsible for, all sales, use, service, value added, and like taxes (“Taxes”) arising from the purchase of the Products and Services.

More Definitions of Prices

Prices means the prices offered to the Client for each transaction which may be changed without prior notice. Where this is relevant, the “Prices” given through the Trading Platform include the Spread (see definition below).
