Panel Vendor means any company which has signed a Panel Vendor Agreement with the Supplier for the supply of Temporaries and Candidates to the Authority;
Panel Vendor means any company which has signed a Panel Vendor Agreement with the Tenderer for the supply of Temporary Workers to the Council;
