Panel Vendor Agreement definition

Panel Vendor Agreement means an Agreement entered into between the Supplier and the Panel Vendors which sets out the terms upon which Temporaries and Candidates will be made available via the Supplier to the Authority;
Panel Vendor Agreement means this panel vendor agreement and Appendices hereto.
Panel Vendor Agreement means the Agreement entered into between the Tenderer and Panel Vendors, which sets out the terms upon which Temporary Workers will be made available to the Council; “Performance Standard” shall include the standards to which the relevant part of the Services are to be performed as set out in or inferred from the Tender;
