Parallel Debt Agreement definition

Parallel Debt Agreement means the parallel debt agreement entered into by the CBC, the Security Trustee and the Secured Parties (other than the Covered Bondholders) on the Programme Date.
Parallel Debt Agreement means the agreement entered into between, amongst others, ECL, the Issuer and the Security Agent under which the Issuer has (among others) undertaken to pay the parallel debt to the Security Agent.
