Parallel Liability definition

Parallel Liability means a Credit Party’s undertaking pursuant to 10.27.

More Definitions of Parallel Liability

Parallel Liability means a Loan Party’s undertaking pursuant to this Section 11.13. Each Loan Party irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to pay to the Collateral Agent an amount equal to the aggregate amount of its Corresponding Liabilities (as these may exist from time to time).
