Parent Certificate of Incorporation definition

Parent Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, dated as of January 24, 2014, as amended modified, or supplemented from time to time.

Parent Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as filed on August 11, 2020 with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to the DGCL.
