Parent Certificate of Incorporation definition

Parent Certificate of Incorporation means the Certificate of Incorporation of Parent as filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware on December 10, 2010, as amended.
Parent Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, dated as of January 24, 2014, as amended modified, or supplemented from time to time.
