Parent Common Share definition

Parent Common Share means a share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.
Parent Common Share means a common share, without par value, of Parent.
Parent Common Share means prior to the Domestication, a Parent Class A Ordinary Share and/or a Parent Class B Ordinary Share, as applicable.

  • The purchase price for each such Exchangeable Non-Voting Share so purchased may be satisfied only by delivering or causing to be delivered to the relevant Shareholder, one Parent Common Share and a check for the balance, if any, of the purchase price without interest.
