Parent Market Price definition

Parent Market Price means the volume weighted average closing sale price of a share of the Parent Common Stock over the five (5) consecutive trading days ending the trading day immediately prior to the Closing Date on the NASDAQ, as reported in The Wall Street Journal.
Parent Market Price means the average daily closing price per share of Parent Common Stock as reported on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (the "NYSE") Composite Tape for the Random Trading Days, "Random Trading Days" shall mean the ten trading days selected by lot out of the thirty trading days ending on and including the Determination Date (with the Random Trading Days selected by lot by Parent and the Company at 5:00 p.m. New York time on the Determination Date), and "Determination Date" shall mean the third NYSE trading day preceding the Closing Date.
Parent Market Price means the average closing price per share of Parent Common Stock as reported on the Nasdaq Stock Market over the thirty (30) calendar day period ending three (3) trading days prior to the Closing Date.

Parent Market Price means the average of the volume-weighted average prices for the Parent Common Stock as reported on NASDAQ for each of the twenty (20) consecutive complete trading days ending with the third (3rd) complete trading day prior to the applicable date of measurement, rounded to the nearest whole cent.
Parent Market Price means the average closing price per share of Parent Common Shares for the ten most recent days that Parent Common Shares have traded ending on (and including) the trading day one day prior to the Effective Time, as reported on The Nasdaq National Market (with such average being calculated using the “simple average” methodology).
