Examples of Parent Restricted Share Awards in a sentence

  • Parent shall take all corporate action reasonably necessary to reserve for issuance a sufficient number of Parent Shares for delivery upon settlement of the Parent Restricted Share Awards issued by it in accordance with Sections 3.5(c)(ii) and 3.5(c)(iii).

  • At the Effective Time, Parent shall issue the Parent Restricted Share Awards in accordance with Sections 3.5(c)(ii) and 3.5(c)(iii).

  • Restricted Share Award means an award of Ordinary Shares which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(a).

  • Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.

  • Unrestricted Stock Award means an Award of shares of Stock free of any restrictions.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
