Parenting education consists of a course, a course of study or an organized sequence of courses specifically designed to offer lifelong education in parenting, child development and family relations in order to enhance the quality of home, family, career and community life.
Parenting education activities and services that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ effective parenting, with an emphasis on positive parenting, communication between parents and their children, setting clear and appropriate behavioral expectations and logical consequences, awareness of social issues that confront children and how parents can help, and other topics which increase parent effectiveness and family functioning.
