The Treasurer shall serve as the 7th voting member of the Parish Committee provided they are a voting member of the Parish; otherwise they will serve as a non-voting advisory member.
The Parish Committee shall solicit names from the membership and nominate a slate of candidates to be approved by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Parish.
