Parking Bonds definition

Parking Bonds means the secured $9,300,000 Outstanding Principal Amount City of Detroit Building Authority Revenue Bonds (Parking and Arena System), Series 1998A, issued pursuant to the Parking Bond Documents.
Parking Bonds means the secured $27,000,000 City of Detroit Building Authority Revenue Bonds (Parking and Arena System), Series 1998A, issued pursuant to the Parking Bond Documents in the outstanding principal amount of $8,080,000 as of the Petition Date.

  • Stormwater means water resulting from precipitation (including rain and snow) that runs off the land’s surface, is transmitted to the subsurface, or is captured by separate storm sewers or other sewage or drainage facilities, or conveyed by snow removal equipment.

  • Stormwater runoff means water flow on the surface of the ground or in storm sewers, resulting from precipitation.
