Parking, structured means parking contained within a multi-story structure above grade.
Parking, structured or “structured parking” means parking contained in an enclosed building either on its own, or the portion of a building with many uses dedicated to the storage of cars.
Parking, structured means a structure or facility where motor vehicles may be stored for purposes of temporary, daily, or overnight off-street parking as a principal use. The facility may be above, below, or partially below ground and includes parking garages and parking decks.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

  • Walkway means a paved or unpaved trail or pathway or a structure constructed of wood or other material that is neces- sary due to the difficulty of the terrain for access to the river.
