Partial Destruction of Cottages is defined in Section 10.01;

Examples of Partial Destruction of Cottages in a sentence

  • Only Owners whose Cottages are affected by a Partial Taking of Cottages or Partial Destruction of Cottages shall be assessed the Special Charge.

  • In exercising their discretion, the Board can assess a Special Charge against such Owners in such amount as the Board determines equitable which may be less than but not more than the Special Charge assessed to Owners whose Cottages were affected by a Partial Taking of Cottages or a Partial Destruction of Cottages.

  • Owners whose Cottages are not affected by a Partial Taking of Cottages or a Partial Destruction of Cottages shall not be entitled to vote in such circumstance.

  • The Board shall have the power and authority to access a Special Charge against Owners whose Cottages are not affected by a Partial Taking of Cottages or a Partial Destruction of Cottages if the Board is satisfied that to not do so having regard to the circumstances would be inequitable.

  • The Association must undertake the Restoration unless in the case of a Partial Destruction of Cottages or Partial Taking of Cottages, the Owners of at least seventy-five (75%) percent of the Intervals in the Cottages that would be included in the Restoration agree in writing prior to or vote at the special meeting of the Association that the Restoration shall not be undertaken.

  • Such notice shall include (i) notice of the Board's estimate of the cost of the Restoration (ii) if an Expropriation, whether it is a Partial Taking Affecting Cottages, a Partial Taking Not Affecting Cottages or, a Complete Taking of Cottages and, (iii) if a Destruction, whether it is a Partial Destruction of Cottages, a Partial Destruction Not Affecting Cottages or a Total Destruction.

  • The Association must undertake the Restoration unless in the case of a Partial Destruction of Cottages or Partial Taking of Cottages, the Owners of at least seventy- five (75%) percent of the Intervals in the Cottages that would be included in the Restoration agree in writing prior to or vote at the special meeting of the Association that the Restoration shall not be undertaken.

Related to Partial Destruction of Cottages

  • Premises Total Destruction means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures, which cannot reasonably be repaired in six (6) months or less from the date of the damage or destruction. Lessor shall notify Lessee in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of the damage or destruction as to whether or not the damage is Partial or Total.

  • Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost of the building.

  • Premises Partial Damage means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost (as defined in Paragraph 9.1(d)) of the Premises (excluding Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures) immediately prior to such damage or destruction.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

  • Lot Line, Front means, in the case of an interior lot, the line dividing the lot from the street. In the case of a corner lot, the shorter lot line abutting a street shall be deemed the front lot line. In the case of a corner lot where the length of the lot lines abutting a street are equivalent or there are three abutting streets the front lot line shall be deemed to be the lot line where the face of the building intended to be the front is located. In the case of a through lot, only one of the lot lines abutting a street shall be deemed to be the front lot line.

  • Building Envelope means the integrated elements of a building which separate its interior from the outdoor environment;

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

  • Balcony means a cantilevered deck that projects from a wall of a building and which, except for a railing, is not enclosed; (Bylaw 5609)

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • Walkway means a paved or unpaved trail or pathway or a structure constructed of wood or other material that is neces- sary due to the difficulty of the terrain for access to the river.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Detached building means any building which is not physically connected to the dwelling.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • Perimeter means the fenced or walled area of the institution that restrains the movement of the inmates.

  • Partial Condemnation means any Condemnation which does not constitute a Termination Event.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.
