Participant Organization means an entity that participates in a DSRIP Project or engages in PPS activities or provides or sells goods or services in connection for PPS Projects or CNYCC’s operations, and which is not a Partner Organization.

Participant Organization means any entity whose purpose is to beneficially own or operate a community renewable energy facility for the participants or owners of that facility.
