Participants Assembly means a body for all Participants described in Article 10;

  • No later than fourteen (14) days prior to each Annual Meeting of the Participants Assembly, the Facility Management Team will provide annual progress reports to Participants regarding the activities of the Facility for the previous Fiscal Year.

  • Customized employment means an approach to supported employment which individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both.   • Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant means the employment or relationship as a Director or Consultant is not interrupted or terminated. The Board, in its sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant shall be considered interrupted in the case of: (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board, including sick leave, military leave, or any other personal leave; or (ii) transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company, Affiliates or their successors.

  • Contract Award Date means the date of the Contract award notice, which may take the form of a purchase order, signed Contract or Notice of Award, issued by the Authority.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
