Interest on past due Participating Cooperative contributions shall be calculated at the rate determined under Code § 6621(a)(2) (the federal short-term rate plus three percent (3%), as amended from time to time) calculated from the date a payment of contributions was due to the Program through the date the contribution was actually received by the Program.

The Participating Cooperative must submit a termination transaction to the Plan Administrator pursuant to the Benefit Plan Rating and Renewal Process not less than 30 days before the date of such termination.
